Returns / Exchanges

We will do our best to provide accurate measurements & sizing of each garment. In the event that a garment does not fit, a size exchange may be granted, but please note, if we are out of stock, a store credit will be issued.

You will be required to pay additional postage for size or Credit Note exchanges

Sale items are not available for exchange or store credit.
SALE items and reduced items are not available for refund, return or exchange (this includes limited time % off sales and discount codes)

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

While we pride ourselves on offering quality, there is always the rare chance an item may be faulty, in this case we will cover the postage for it to be returned to us to be replaced. It is only if we are unable to offer you a replacement that we will refund you in full. We are not required to offer a replacement or refund if an item has been damaged due to obvious misuse or due to usual wear and tear. This is in accordance with Consumer Affairs Laws in Australia. We apologise for any inconvenience. Please feel free to contact us with any further questions regarding the return of any faulty product.
Please note we will not except item(s) back after two weeks of customer receiving product(s)

HOW TO LODGE A RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST

Return requests must be given in writing via contacting Earthling child at earthlingchild@outlook.com within 14 Days of receiving the product. (This is the clients responsibility, unfortunately if these guidelines are not met, the request for return will be declined).
Earthling Child will then get in contact with you regarding your matter.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES REQUEST PROCESS – once approved by Earthling Child
If your Request for Return has been AUTHORIZED, the item is to be returned with all (if any) tags attached, in original packaging and in unworn condition and received back at Earthling Child within strict 14 days, following the below guidelines:

  • For all returns & Exchanges, please complete the return/exchange slip available for download below. Please send this form in with your return parcel. Failure to provide these details may cause delay to the returns process.

  • All Faulty items are to be sent back to Earthling child, were Earthling child will reimburse the customer for shipping.

  • All Change of Minds/ Returns will need to be returned at the customers cost, with a paid, self addressed return post satchel for return postage, or we are able to organise postage for you, at your own cost.

AFTERPAY RETURNS

If you wish to return your item/s purchased via Afterpay, please follow the same Exchange/Returns guidelines stated above. Once your item/s has been received and processed we will contact you via email with your store credit and details that you can apply to your next purchase with us either online or instore. While you will have your credit to spend with us at Earthling Child, please note that your continued repayments from your initial Afterpay  purchase will continue to be debited from your nominated account.
